Villa Heraclea

Villa Heraclea, an elegant and modern property located on the southern coast of Sicily, surrounded by extensive lush countryside, offers an enchanting view of the turquoise sea of the nearby coves. Ideal for lovers of nature, adventure and history, thanks to its proximity to white beaches, natural parks, and the famous remains of Magna Graecia near Agrigento. Upon entering the villa, we will be greeted by a flourishing tree-lined path leading to the main entrance and the private parking area inside.

Built on three levels and offering ample outdoor space, the liveability of the house is excellent and comfortable. The green garden that frames it has a large swimming pool with its solarium area for appreciating and admiring the warm, captivating sunsets, a space dedicated to barbecues and a porch that protects an area dedicated to relaxation and meals to be enjoyed outdoors.

The spacious and well-furnished interiors enjoy significant natural light from the large panoramic windows, ideal for enriching the dreamy atmosphere of the villa.  Entering through the main entrance, we have access to the core of the structure; a well-organised open space to divide the rooms and activities. The living area with its predominant presence of windows offers special moments of relaxation and meditation, followed by the dining area and a raised kitchen with a peninsula where quick meals can be taken. On the same floor are two double bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor area, one has an en suite bathroom, while the second has a panoramic view and an adjacent bathroom. Accessing the lower floor, we find a recreation area with gym equipment and a movable Ping-Pong table. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom, and another double with an en suite bathroom. A suite is located on the top floor, reached by an external staircase located next to the main entrance. This has a tiny terrace with a view of the entire building, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
