Welcome to the fantastic Villa D’amare located in the fabulous setting of the Mondello area. The villa is ideal for spending a holiday with family or friends as it is incredibly spacious and has vast outdoor spaces.

A few steps from your home, you can reach the Mondello beach characterized by fine sand and crystal clear sea. The centre of Palermo is about 10 kilometres away and can be easily reached by car or by public transport.

Outside of Villa D’amare, you will find a wonderful garden enriched by a variety of native vegetation and a large swimming pool. You can also enjoy sunny days in the relaxation area surrounded by greenery and enjoy excellent meals cooked in the BBQ area.

The structure’s interior is divided over two floors. On the lower floor, you will find the living area, including a living room, a dining room, both rooms equipped with a fireplace. Also, on this level, there is a kitchen fully equipped, a study and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. You will also find another double bedroom, a twin room and a large bathroom. All rooms enjoy natural light and a magnificent view of the garden.
