The property is close to Monte Pellegrino and is just a few meters from the Addaura seaside area. In addition, Mondello’s location is also easily accessible, known for its sandy beach and crystal clear water. The city of Palermo is only about 11 km from your home, while the main airport is less than 20 km away.
Villa Addaura has various outdoor areas where you can relax. It has a garden and has extensive vegetation typical of the place.
