It offers stunning pink sunsets to be observed in front of an aperitif by the pool, immersed in the greenery and in complete quiet, far from the metropolitan commotion and bustling streets. Because of the way the house is designed, you can have your own privacy and create wonderful moments of leisure. An outdoor brick barbecue, a pool with a solarium area, a Jacuzzi installed in the gym area which is situated between one of the double bedrooms and the outdoor area, a cutting-edge sauna, and finally a sizable book collection that is comparable to a real private library are just a few of the privileged amenities that this villa offers.
The architecture of the villa is a really interesting uniqueness. Designed in the shape of a horseshoe, it has a sizable patio that is adorned with fragrant jasmine vines and decorative items.

The property will be closed from the beginning of October to the beginning of May. Pets are not allowed. Parties and/or Events are not allowed.

Late arrivals (after 20.00) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in agent of:
- €20 from 8pm to midnight;
- 30€ from 24h to 02h;
- 40€ after 02h;
For consumption, we guaranteed the weekly use of 50 Kw/h of electricity and 20mc3 of gas.
The extra consumption will be €1 per Kw and €2 per cubic meter of gas.
Sferracavallo is an ancient fishing village located a few kilometres from Palermo and Mondello. We recommend Sferracavallo to lovers of the sea and to enjoy fresh fish. This town is known for its restaurants that offer fish-based menus and the crystal clear sea. A few steps from the village, you can reach the well-known port of Barcarello and reach the Capogallo reserve.
Terrasini is a seaside resort just a few minutes by car from Palermo airport and a few kilometres away from the city of Palermo. You will find nature reserves, sandy beaches, and a crystal clear sea in this location. It is also the ideal destination to taste typical Sicilian cuisine.
Scopello is a seaside village located near Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani, known for its magnificent blue sea. From the sea of Scopello emerge two large stacks, which have become a local symbol. A stop not to be missed is the Tonnara di Scopello, where you can also organize guided dives and boat tours.

Castellammare del Golfo is a seaside town within Trapani’s Province, known for its secluded coves and sandy beaches bathed by a fabulous sea. Among the main attractions, we find the Arab Norman Castle, also known as Castello a Mare, the Mother Church, the sea museum and the Church of the Madonna della Scala. You can try various typical fish-based dishes, and we advise you to taste the “cassatelle”, a typical local dessert.
