San Vito lo Capo
San Vito Lo Capo is a pretty seaside village in the province of Trapani, known for its beaches with fine sand and transparent sea. We recommend visiting the Sanctuary, taking a walk in via Venza and making a trip to the Tonnara del Secco. You can also access the Zingaro Nature Reserve, ideal for trekking and nature lovers. One of the typical dishes of the place is Cous Cous with fish, which you can enjoy in one of the many restaurants overlooking the sea.
Bagheria is a town located a few kilometres from Palermo. It is also known as the “City of Villas” thanks to the presence of magnificent Baroque-style structures, such as Palazzo Butera and Villa Cattolica. The magnificent “Spiaggia dei Francesi” is located just 15 minutes from Bagheria. In addition, we highly suggest tasting the Sfincione Bagherese, a variant of the Palermo sfincione.
Monreale is located about 10 km (about 6 miles) from Palermo, it is a destination appreciated by all tourists and recognized by UNESCO for its artistic and architectural importance. We recommend you visiting the Cathedral of Monreale with its typical mosaics that have become a symbol of this magnificent location, the Monastery of San Benedetto adjacent to the Cathedral and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. A few kilometers from Monreale stands the hamlet of San Martino delle Scale immersed in the green of the woods and surrounded by a mountainous landscape.
