The noble apartment is located in the historic centre, just a few minutes from the famous Quattro Canti and the Cathedral of Palermo. You will not need to use the car to discover the artistic and historical wonders that the city of Palermo has to offer, as the strategic position will allow you to reach them comfortably on foot. A few steps from your noble home, you will find many restaurants, clubs and bars where you can taste the typical Sicilian delicacies.
You will be greeted by two lounges rich in history and with furniture of great value, with attention to the minor details by accessing the noble floor. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen and a charming dining room inside. There are two suites on this floor, the first consisting of a bedroom with a super king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
You can rent the two suites separately. However, both suites must be rented to obtain exclusive access to the entire floor.

Sferracavallo is an ancient fishing village located a few kilometres from Palermo and Mondello. We recommend Sferracavallo to lovers of the sea and to enjoy fresh fish. A few steps from the village, you can reach the well-known port of Barcarello and reach the Capogallo reserve.
Bagheria is a town located a few kilometres from Palermo. It is also known as the “City of Villas” thanks to the presence of magnificent Baroque-style structures, such as Palazzo Butera and Villa Cattolica. The magnificent “Spiaggia dei Francesi” is located just 15 minutes from Bagheria. In addition, we highly suggest tasting the Sfincione Bagherese, a variant of the Palermo sfincione.
Scopello is a seaside village located near Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani, known for its magnificent blue sea. From the sea of Scopello emerge two large stacks, which have become a local symbol. A stop not to be missed is the Tonnara di Scopello, where you can also organize guided dives and boat tours.
