Welcome to Palazzo Sambuca Domus, a luxurious apartment located inside the well-known Palazzo Sambuca in the historic centre of Palermo. This large apartment is spread over two levels, making it ideal for a group of friends or a family.
The mansion is located inside Palazzo Sambuca, a late Baroque noble palace situated in the heart of the Kalsa area. A few steps from your residence, you will find many monuments and noble palaces that we recommend visiting. Among the most suggestive attractions near the house, we point out the Museum of Palazzo Mirto, the Modern Art Gallery, Palazzo Butera, the well-known Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral of Palermo and the open-air markets of “Ballarò” and the “Capo”.
The house is divided into two floors. On the first, you will find two well-lit dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a service bathroom and two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and one with a spacious walk-in closet. Climbing the stairs to reach the second level, you will find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
Finally, climbing the last steps, you will access the second level consisting of a spacious living room and a bright terrace ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation illuminated by the sun.
