The house has two levels and could be totally divided into two separate flats by dividing the rooms in half. The historical components of the house were enhanced with great care in both the furniture selection and placement. Large mirrors with gold frames and elegant mahogany furniture are just few peculiarities that set this unique house different from others of its kind. More over, other particular features as raw ceilings with royal vaults, tuff stone walls, majolica floors, and decorated doors. To give an extra note of freshness, the house is surranded by elegant and exotic plants that gives the impression to be in a tiny urban oasis. The rooms are large and bright, with two double bedrooms, decorated and supplied with drawers and wardrobes. Two bathrooms, well-kept, and decorated with beautiful colored majolica, plush living spaces, and a fully functional kitchen.
The residence gives access to a cozy balcony from whose guests can benefit of a beautiful view of the area’s historical landmarks. Its advantageous location enables you to quickly reach in a few minutes walk the Cathedral, Politeama Theater, Massimo Theater, and the entire historic city.
