Villa Castelforte is an oasis of tranquillity not far from the centre of Palermo, easily reachable by public transport or by car. Surrounded by greenery and close to the crystal clear water of Mondello beach, this villa is the ideal location for lovers of the sea and nature.
A few kilometres from your luxurious home, you will find golf courses and several nautical clubs where you can participate in activities suitable for all ages, such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing lessons. In addition, you can rent sailing boats and rafts to enjoy the surrounding waters. The historic centre of Palermo is only about 10 kilometres away, while Monreale, another unmissable destination, is about twenty kilometres away. The latter is famous for the Cathedral characterized by Byzantine golden mosaics adorning the naves.
You will have at your disposal a private swimming pool located in the large garden of two thousand square meters that surrounds the villa. In addition, there are three terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful sunny days and enjoy your meals outdoors.
Villa Castelforte consists of five large double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, six bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room, a dining room and a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. In addition, the structure is equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning.
The villa is also equipped with a comfortable annexe of about 80 square meters to rent, consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Late arrivals (after 20.00) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in agent of:
- €20 from 8pm to midnight;
- 30€ from 24h to 02h;
- 40€ after 02h;
For consumption, we guaranteed the weekly use of 50 Kw/h of electricity and 20mc3 of gas.
The extra consumption will be €1 per Kw and €2 per cubic meter of gas.
