An enchanting and distinguished flat located within the 16th-century Palazzo del Marchese Sant’Isidoro-del Castillo, in the district known as ‘Guilla’ (Arabic Wadi: River) near the Papireto river, where the Arabs built a city gate ‘Porta Sant’Agata’.

This historic structure is full of life, with incredible architectural finds, such as frescoes, coffered roofs and distinctive noble coats of arms.

Entering a large atrium and walking down elegant stairs, guests will have access to a remarkable hallway with two large decorated wooden portals that serve as double entrances to the flat, surprising guests at first glance. Large royal vaults frescoed with detailed plasterwork, authentic tiled floors, boiserie made with trompe-l’œil frescoes and the warm colours of the authentic sands used for the flat’s masonry.

Being very large and having perfectly divided the rooms to allow guests to carve out their own privacy without giving up the common areas, there is the possibility of closing the doors and dividing the flat into several individual rooms. In the first area, to welcome us there will be a hutch adjacent to a small, modern and essential kitchen, continuing the living and sleeping area, which has a dining table, TV and a modern, resinated en-suite bathroom with a large bathroom for two.

Next, as a common area, is a large and glorious living room with luxurious seating, social tables and a well-equipped kitchen island. Adjacent is the second bedroom, also very large and bright, with a relaxation area and an elegant, very large en-suite bathroom, introduced by a shelving unit for storing luggage.
