A jewel in the crown of one of Palermo’s most historic and magical areas. Coloured by the lush garden of Villa Bonanno, with a breathtaking view of the Palazzo dei Normanni, the cathedral and all the majestic domes that stand out among the city’s colourful rooftops: Magic House. An extremely functional flat, very well styled, full of twists, turns and curious and unique design objects.
The spaces are optimised and exploited in the best possible way, the flat is on two levels plus the double-storey terrace. Entering the flat, one encounters a spacious and colourful double bedroom with an elegant bathroom with bathtub. A spacious and cosy living area, full of interesting inspirations, and a modern staircase lead to the upper floor, where we find a further living area, with a sofa bed and two skylights to bring additional light into the flat. There are two other double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and one with a bathroom nearby, and both rooms have the special feature of having two adjustable skylights. The kitchen is compact but very well equipped and functional and is next to the access to the terraces. The first has a large dining table, which can be used during the beautiful sunny days, and accessing the upper terrace, everything goes in second place, the view is what takes over the scene. A set of sofas and pillows to recreate a comfortable area, where one can enjoy unique aperitifs at dusk; a table to host dreamy dinners, thanks to the enrichment of the warm, star-like lights that fill the sky above.
