Entering there is a large and comfortable living area, with an eat-in kitchen, TV corner and relaxation area, with the possibility of access to a wonderful sea view terrace, where it will be possible to sit for moments of reading or to treat yourself to any form of relaxation. The bathroom is very bright and minimal, adjacent to the master bedroom, equally harmonious and with attention to detail.
Climbing the stairs leads to a large panoramic terrace, where it is recommended to take advantage of the outdoor amenities, such as the solarium area and dining table, to fully enjoy the privileges it offers.

Late arrivals (after 20.00) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in agent of:
- €20 from 8pm to midnight;
- 30€ from 24h to 02h;
- 40€ after 02h;
For consumption, we guaranteed the weekly use of 50 Kw/h of electricity and 20mc3 of gas.
The extra consumption will be €1 per Kw and €2 per cubic meter of gas.
Sferracavallo is an ancient fishing village located a few kilometres from Palermo and Mondello. We recommend Sferracavallo to lovers of the sea and to enjoy fresh fish. This town is known for its restaurants that offer fish-based menus and the crystal clear sea. A few steps from the village, you can reach the well-known port of Barcarello and reach the Capogallo reserve.
Terrasini is a seaside resort just a few minutes by car from Palermo airport and a few kilometres away from the city of Palermo. You will find nature reserves, sandy beaches, and a crystal clear sea in this location. It is also the ideal destination to taste typical Sicilian cuisine.
Castellammare del Golfo
Castellammare del Golfo is a seaside town within Trapani’s Province, known for its secluded coves and sandy beaches bathed by a fabulous sea. Among the main attractions, we find the Arab Norman Castle, also known as Castello a Mare, the Mother Church, the sea museum and the Church of the Madonna della Scala. You can try various typical fish-based dishes, and we advise you to taste the “cassatelle”, a typical local dessert.
Scopello is a seaside village located near Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani, known for its magnificent blue sea. From the sea of Scopello emerge two large stacks, which have become a local symbol. A stop not to be missed is the Tonnara di Scopello, where you can also organize guided dives and boat tours.
The ancient medieval village of Erice is an enchanting place that must not be missing from your travel itinerary. You can admire breathtaking landscapes, walk through the medieval-looking alleys and visit the Castle. Here it is possible to taste the traditional dishes of Trapani and the famous “Genovese di Erice”, a typical dessert.
