Furthermore, not far from your luxurious home you can reach the seaside village of Sferracavallo. At the same time, the city centre of Palermo is only 12 km away, easily reachable by car or by underground 10 minutes on foot from the villa.

The villa is surrounded by magnificent vegetation and a garden that extends for 5 thousand square meters. The garden includes a fantastic swimming pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days. Also, outside the house, there is an outdoor kitchen, a sitting room and a table where you can enjoy the typical delicacies of the place.

Il Giardino di Michela has been recently renovated, and inside, it includes four double bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom with a super king-size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The pool can be heated up to 22/24 degrees during the winter months, and from November to April, it is covered with a telescopic cover.
