Dammuso Quattro Venti
- Dammuso with panoramic roofs
- Luxury swimming pool
- Majestic and stylish structure
Situated on the uncontaminated and picturesque Mediterranean island of Pantelleria is one of the rarest, most unique structures: Dammuso Quattro venti. A unique dwelling, coveted for its ample spaces divided according to meticulous plans, for the privacy it offers and for the exclusivity of the services it provides. Located in the southern part of the island, it overlooks the coves most appreciated by lovers of the sea and tranquillity. Along the perimeter road, a small private road will lead you to the dammuso, stunning you at first sight. The entrances are different: you can enter on foot via two large staircases leading to the swimming pool in the central body, otherwise by vehicle, completing the route and arriving almost at the back of the eastern body of the house. Here, a first area of the structure will include a very well-equipped and equipped kitchen, which in turn overlooks an outdoor area with a dining table, barbecue area, wood oven and a practical staircase, which will allow access to the relaxation areas with masonry seats, hammocks and comfortable cushions, all enriched by a well-kept oasis of cactus plants. Through an ”Indian” passageway or through the various indoor or outdoor areas, you will reach the central body, where you will be welcomed by a large panoramic swimming pool, surrounded by nature and the bright colours of the arches; here a comfortable canopy will shelter the relaxation/solarium area. Entering through these curious arches, a large and bright hallway will take you in several directions: The sleeping area on the left, the living area on the right, and frontally, the Indian passage to cross the entire dammuso. On the right is a spacious and unusual living, relaxation area to ensure moments of quiet and recollection for all; a dining room located in the innermost area of the house for refuge or ordinary comfort. Jumping to the opposite pole of this last area is the sleeping area, which has no less than three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom and one with an adjoining bathroom; there will be two doubles and a triple that can be customised. All the rooms have their own wardrobe, seating and sources of natural light with direct access to the outdoor areas. Continuing the discovery of the dammuso, two beautiful depandances enrich the context, completing the masterpiece. The first is located at the far western pole of the structure: it consists of a double bedroom and its bathroom, and a large, well-equipped two-level panoramic terrace, carved out of the stone and protected by gigantic sails made of strong iron. The second depandance is located adjacent to the main building, it has a double bedroom and its bathroom, an area of the house that is certainly more intimate and reserved. The care taken over the rooms, the selected and fitting furnishings, the choice of resistant and above all local materials, the traditional colours of the island and the efficient use of all the areas of the dammuso, will make your stay in this place, something extremely memorable, always leaving a note of nostalgia with every memory; not only for the evocative context of the island, but for the particularity and uniqueness of the place that hosted and welcomed your holiday, making it a dream that was perhaps a little too short and certainly to be planned again.
