For this reason, the bio agriculture combine with the local kitchen and natural energy.
What to do there
You could enjoy the countryside and new experience living in our family villas in Sicily. Indeed, in the middle fo island, the experience could be walking through the farm, learn how to distinguish plants and seeds, how to produce oil, wine, preserve, exc… Try what you can cook using bio products, for example. Usually, you could book one day visit and be part of the farm. Here, we recommend some places where you can find this kind of experience: 1. Alabacara. It is located between Ragusa, Noto and Modica. It is also an educational farm, ideal for spending some hours outdoor with your children, among goats and fascinating landscapes; 2 The Baglio di Cappello is in Partinico near Palermo. The activities you can book here are several: 2 or 3 hours cooking for home cooked lunch with typical Sicilian kitchen; then, 2 or 3 hours walking trough olive grove; 3. Elios, an extended bio cultivation of grapes in Alcamo near Trapani. You could book a visit in the vineyard and taste the wine collection.
Riding horses
The entire Sicilian territory is suitable to explore the countryside with a horse.
